This project’s greatest challenge was to renovate a six bedroom four bathroom home that had over 12 D.A.’s resulting in inconsistent additions.

Urban Interior Design successfully modernized the exterior appearance and manipulated the space within each floor by moving and removing walls to maximize and balance the useable space and adapt the home to the owner’s lifestyle.

Urban combined traditional style with modern materials to create a sophisticated contemporary home. The fluidity of the American Oak flooring served to create consistent spaces that interrelate. Bi-folding doors reinforce the spatial connection with their leafy surroundings which reflects in their mirrored splash back.
